Splash at the Shore is our brand-new summer session designed for families, first-timers, and anyone who wants to enjoy the waves without surfing. Set in the Bay and designed to build water confidence and is a stepping stone for those looking to try surfing for the first time. This session runs with small, gentle waves and no surfboards in the pool, creating a relaxed and playful environment. Swimming aids, boogieboards, and inflatables are all welcome.
Perfect for parents accompanying children, Splash at the Shore is all about smiles, splashing about, and confidence in moving water and small waves.
What to expect
- Small, friendly waves in the Bay
- No surfboards or surfers in the water
- Wetsuits and water shoes are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
- Boogie boards, floats, and inflatable toys encouraged
- A safe, supervised, and playful atmosphere
- 30-minute session packed with fun
Who it’s for
- Open to 4-year-olds and above
- An adult guardian must accompany children under 10
- One adult can accompany one under-8 and counts as one ticket
- Ideal for families, young kids, and non-surfers
Session Launch details
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Price: £2 per person (lauch day promo)
- Under-8s with a guardian: £2 total (lauch day promo)
- Equipment: Boogie boards and floats welcome (bring your own)
Splash at the Shore is the perfect way to cool off, build water confidence, and enjoy the Lost Shore waves together this summer. No surfing experience required.
Check in at reception for 4:30 pm then ready and changed for a safety briefing at 5 pm on the pool shoreline.
