Predictable and perfectly programmed waves mean there's no better place to learn to surf than Lost Shore. You can purchase a single lesson or with progression in mind you can add multiple lessons to your cart, pick dates and times, then check out. If you can't schedule all at once that's no problem, lesson passes will be stored in your account and can be allocated as and when you wish, subject to availability.

Introducing the Lost Shore Kids Surf Camp – Summer 2025!
Get your kids stoked on surfing this summer at Lost Shore. Our exciting week-long camp (Mon to Fri) is the perfect way for young surfers aged 7 to 16 to build skills, confidence, and a love for the surf environment.
Led by our team of passionate and experienced surf coaches, children will progress from their first pop-ups to riding waves with style – mastering fun tricks and turns along the way.
Starting 30th June and running throughout the summer holidays.

From 11 to 16 years old
Our Improver Plus lesson takes your surfing progression to the next level. Building on the foundations of the Improver lesson, you’ll move to our Cruiser Plus wave, offering a longer, slightly steeper face and more speed for refining your techniques.
During this lession, you’ll work on:

Mastering angled take-offs to align with the wave’s face.

Building speed and trimming more effectively along the wave.

Beginning to link simple turns, working on transitions from rail to rail.

Improving your wave awareness and positioning to catch waves confidently.
Good spirit and a sense of adventure! A Towel, form fitting swimwear and some water.
All the kit you need - warm wetsuits, gloves, hoods and boots are provided, as are boards.
