Our outdoor sessions are run as drop-in clinics. Given the changeable local weather we can't plan them too far ahead and adapt the focus to the group.

An outdoor session gives us the flex to work with a wide range of experience levels and respond to the needs and wishes of those attending. This session is great for adults and youths 14+
