Women's beginner lesson
Join us at Lost Shore for an all women's beginner lesson!
This lesson is 90 minutes long (30 mins on land, 60 mins in the water) and run by our female instructors.
The beginner lessons take place in the bay of the Cove, the area nearest to the shoreline. The bay offers slow moving, knee-high, whitewater waves, which are perfect for beginner surfers to learn, practice and have fun in a safe and controlled environment.
