Ready to try surfing for the first time or build your confidence in the water? This weekend is all about fun, fresh experiences and discovering the joy of surfing. Everyone’s welcome – no experience needed.  

Soak up the outdoors at our world-class surf facility, connect with new friends (or bring your crew), and enjoy the rush of riding endless waves in a truly unique setting. 

With an experienced coach by your side all weekend, you’ll get plenty of tips and encouragement to help you feel confident in the water.  

By the end of the weekend, you’ll: 

• Learn surfing fundamentals in a relaxed, supportive setting 
• Build confidence and have a blast in the water  
• Take your first steps toward riding green waves 

Includes 

• 3 Surf coaching sessions
• Surf theory
• Small group size with the same coach all weekend

Wave settings

Classes take place in the bay on our reform wave and then on the reef for those ready to start catching green waves.

What to bring

Remember to pack your swimsuit and towel. Wetsuits are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Notes

1. The group meal on Saturday is an optional extra and for other meals you can either take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen in the lodge or come to our waterfront cafe / bar which is open from 8am to 11pm.
