Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to our gift vouchers and are to be read in conjunction with our general terms and conditions.
- The vouchers can be exchanged for Surf Lessons and Sessions, Accommodation Stays, any Food and Beverage items in our Canteen, in our Surf Shop* and any other products or services available for purchase at the Lost Shore Surf Resort, subject to availability.
- The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the point of purchase, they are non-refundable, non-transferable and can be used as part payment for any of the products or services listed above.
*Please note, our vouchers are only redeemable in the shop in person. If you wish to shop online, you can contact surfshop@lostshore.com, and they can exchange it for an online shop voucher.
